1. Grant of License Rights

Upon purchasing SEOUL VIBE (Vol. 1-10) Complete Collection from Folk Smith Beats, the Licensee is granted an Unlimited Non-Exclusive Commercial License for every instrumental track included in this collection. The Licensee is authorized to record vocal performances, write lyrics, produce a completed Master Recording, and distribute the work worldwide.

2. Permitted Uses & Distribution Platforms

  • Digital Streaming: Unlimited distribution across Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Tidal, Amazon Music, Melon, Bugs, FLO, Genie, and TikTok.
  • Physical & Digital Sales: Unlimited sales of digital downloads, physical CDs, vinyl records, and merchandise without paying additional mechanical royalties.
  • Music Videos & Monetization: Full permission to shoot, release, and monetize music videos on YouTube, Instagram Reels, and TikTok.
  • Live Performances: Unlimited paid and unpaid live concerts, club performances, radio broadcasts, and festival sets.

3. 100% Royalty Retention

The Licensee shall keep 100% of all profits, mechanical royalties, and streaming earnings generated from the master recordings. Folk Smith Beats takes 0% back-end cuts from your digital sales or streaming royalties.

4. Producer Credit Attribution

In all official releases on streaming platforms, the Licensee agrees to credit Folk Smith Beats in the track metadata or release notes as follows:
"Prod. by Folk Smith Beats" or "Produced by Folk Smith Beats".

5. Restrictions

  • The Licensee may not resell, transfer, re-license, or upload the bare, vocal-less instrumentals as their own standalone beat pack.
  • The Licensee may not submit the bare instrumental to YouTube Content ID or automated fingerprinting databases that would issue false copyright strikes against fellow artists.

6. Schedule of Covered Recordings & Licensed Scope

Licensed Order Scope: TIER 3 • ALL 10 VOLUMES COMPLETE VAULT

* Legal Scope Notice: This commercial agreement strictly applies to the instrumental masters in the aforementioned volume(s) registered under this verified Order ID. Instrumental recordings in other volumes remain the exclusive copyright of Folk Smith Beats and require independent licensing.

This agreement takes effect immediately upon transaction confirmation.
